Today (Feb. 12): A multimedia show takes a lighthearted look at the famous evolutionary theorist’s life and work through song at 7 p.m. tonight at the Florida Museum of Natural History.  Professor Betty Smocovitis will explore the controversy and impact of Darwin’s ideas at “Singing His Praises: Darwin and His Theory in Song and Musical Production.” SW 34th St and Hull Rd. Free.

Saturday (Feb. 14): Explore evolution with the Florida Museum research and collections staff at the Darwin Day celebration on Valentine’s Day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. See “missing link” fossils and specimens that show evolution in action. SW 34th St and Hull Rd. Free.
