Thursday (Feb. 26): Watch an espionage thriller about wartime politics in WWII-era Shanghai. Lust, Caution will play at the Reitz Union on UF’s campus for free at 8:00 and 10:30 p.m.

Friday Night (Feb. 27): Explore Gainesville’s art scene at Artwalk on Friday night. Studios and galleries downtown will stay open late and offer live music and refreshments. You can often meet the artists and learn more about their work. Free every last Friday of the month. Just head downtown and find a studio — they’re easy to find because of the crowds!

Starting Friday (Feb. 27-29): The 2nd Annual Winter Art Fair at Tioga Town Center starts Friday from 5 to 10 p.m. More than 70 artists will display their work as 13 different performer groups roam around and live bands play. Last year, 11,000 people came! The fair continues on Saturday from 10 to 6 and concludes Sunday from 10 to 5. Free and kid friendly — there will be face painting, art activities and demonstrations especially for children. 105 SW 128th Street.

Exhibit starting Friday (Feb. 27): Masters of Fine Arts candidate Patric Lemeiux’s exhibition “Art Games” will open at the Reitz Union Gallery on campus. He creates custom video games that explore art concepts and video games in the context of art history. Free. Open until March 6.
